Course designing is one of the most challenging but rewarding endevours I’ve been privileged to partake in. To improve, it continually asks you to grow your horsemanship, your computer skills, your people skills, and your artistic eye all in one (plus that obvious physically demanding factor). But the best part of all, is the great friendships along the way.

Although course designing can be very challenging both mentally and physically, the reward is watching the horses go around the track you have created.  You discover something from every course you design and you never stop learning.   I am lucky that course designing has taken me further afield than I ever believed possible, travelling across Australia, and now, over the world.  I believe it is an honour to be invited to course design at a show and strive to always do my absolute best for all.
